Philadelphia Chick-fil-A worker shot by delivery driver during dispute over food order, police say

A teen Chick-fil-A employee in Philadelphia was shot Monday evening for the duration of a dispute with a supply driver in excess of a foods purchase, authorities explained.

Officers responded just just before 8:30 p.m. to the supply-only restaurant on the 800 block of Adams Avenue, Main Inspector Scott Small told reporters at the scene.

Officers observed a 17-year-outdated male with a gunshot wound to his still left leg. He was rushed to Einstein Hospital in secure situation.

Multiple employees advised police that the restaurant employs delivery services to transport foodstuff orders to its buyers, Compact reported.

The personnel stated one particular shipping and delivery driver argued with several workforce above the volume of foodstuff in the supply purchase and claimed it did not have more than enough food, in accordance to Little.
