The speedy-food chain is teaming up with tech startup Miso Robotics to check a new automatic espresso brewing process at two dining establishments in Nashville, Tennessee.

Panera is the first enterprise to pilot the CookRight Espresso process, which screens the quantity, temperature and time data of espresso. The procedure combines this information with predictive analytics to help restaurant team as they brew batches.
